We take care of all the required airport and local authority permits, managing every aspect of the project— from asset inspections and surveys, timelines and access restrictions, and design to installation - ensuring a seamless execution.

The Challenge
Our client, part of a multinational group, is a global player in the designer perfume category. Launching a new feminine fragrance, a strategically important site to maximise exposure was at Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport in Rome, supporting passenger numbers of around 50 million each year.
The challenge was not only to design and produce major displays for the airport, but to work with airport teams to manage installation and maintenance of the deployments, with minimum disruption to passenger flow.
The Solution
Working with legal advisors and our team of production specialists, all certification was obtained to allow access to several installation areas across the airport, landside and airside. Special arrangements were made to undertake work during the night to minimise impact.
All materials used in the production needed to meet the technical specifications required by the airport. The construction plan required airport clearance from a health and safety and fire risk perspective, with certifications obtained to demonstrate authorisation.
All contractors deployed for the project required permits and clearance in order to operate airside, meeting the strict security protocols enforced by the authorities.
The Results
Stunning digital displays flanked by gold storage units, product podiums, seating, wall and floor decoration created opulent spaces, fulfilling the positioning requirements for the brand.
Our on-demand service provided round the clock support in the event that any aspect of the installations were in need of maintenance or repair.
