The Challenge
To achieve first mover advantage in launching 5G, EE needed a complete makeover across all 455 of their retail stores – in just one week! This required exceptional levels of project management, planning, procurement, and super smart retail execution.

EE did not hesitate to engage our teams to manage the end-to-end rebrand of all their stores. The project required a full year of careful planning and execution to deliver an ‘era of new EE.’
The project required 1,728 artwork files to be sent to print with over 250 job bags raised. By re-engineering existing products and developing new solutions, the project was brought in with significant cost savings.
The Results
The project helped to launch 5G, so that EE was the first to market, supporting BT’s return to the high street. Countless hours of administration were removed using our smart retail ordering platform, with Retail Expo and POPAI awards won as a result. Great work, team!
