The Challenge 

A leading pharma organisation was rolling out a national multichannel winter flu campaign across Italy requiring 2,000 pharmacies to have POS in place to align with their campaign schedule. The project was complex, requiring a range of different executions depending on the footprint of the pharmacy, from small counter-top displays to giant mugs placed in-store. 

The Solution 

Our Operations Team of Procurement, Designer, and Project Management specialists worked closely with key contacts within the Trade and Marketing departments of the client to obtain dimensional mapping of the points of sale, in order to design and produce the correct number of kits tailored to the different pharmacy sizes identified. 

The geographic area was divided into segments, with logistics and installation teams managed centrally across different regions. The project team coordinated the roll-out in parallel with the client’s launch of the media and social campaign. 

The project required expert management to deal with the high degree of complexity demanded by the campaign, from design of all components through to installation nationally.

The Results 

The end-to-end service managed by our team was a huge success, and the client was delighted that all installations were in position in time for go-live. The campaign delivered high impact with brightly coloured, high quality materials making the promotion easy to identify by shoppers in all settings.
