The Challenge
Our client – one of the world’s largest food & beverage companies turned to Paragon Global Brands when it needed a full-service POSM partner to manage its end-to-end procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes, systems, entities, and teams for 16 of its European markets, in a very short timeframe. Recognising the need to deliver success quickly, the company sought a trusted partner with a track record of delivering seamlessly to meet its growth plans.
The Solution
Understanding the business imperative, we swiftly mobilised a ‘drop team’ of local experts and senior project managers with deep knowledge of the organisation from our central team to create a detailed, multi-layered and multi-region implementation plan. Within two weeks, our team began face-to-face meetings with each target market while actively recruiting skilled staff to support the initiative. A dedicated team was then assigned to the project, overseeing every step, from interviewing candidates to managing the onboarding process.
By the fourth week, we had developed a thorough training plan, ensuring that each new team member was prepared to succeed in brand governance and compliance while focusing on operational excellence. After eight weeks, the company was already receiving briefs in some of its new markets, managing campaigns that optimised existing resources.
The Results
Thanks to our smart and seamless execution, remarkable results were achieved in record time. Within 12 weeks, we successfully onboarded all 16 new markets, bringing them fully live and compliant. Twelve new entities were established, and 22 new full-time employees were recruited, trained, and integrated into local teams. Despite the different systems and lack of historical campaign data, the company experienced no lost campaigns across any of the new markets.
