The Challenge 

A leading multinational consumer goods organisation was searching for a partner who could help them achieve success by ensuring brand consistency and enhancing customer experiences across their expansive global footprint. With over 100 distinct display structures in Europe, our client faced the challenge of constant local adaptations that led to inefficiencies and higher costs. Recognising the urgency for a strategic solution, they needed a reliable partner with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions that drive outstanding value and support brand owners in every market. 

The Solution 

At Paragon Global Brands, our mission is to build stronger brands through seamless marketing activations. Understanding our clients’ needs, we utilised our deep understanding of local markets and global capabilities to develop around 30 standardised display structures tailored for the company’s diverse brand portfolio. Our intelligent designs included temporary, permanent and semi-permanent plastic displays, engineered for durability, sustainability, and reusability - effectively eliminating the need for local display development and significantly reducing costs. 

Our team collaborated closely with our client to implement this gold standard approach, optimising marketing inventory and creating stock transparency. We eliminated silos to deliver seamless integration, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned and adept in utilising the new displays. This approach fostered a smooth transition across various geographies while maintaining compliance and brand governance, ultimately leaving nothing to chance.

The Results 

Our approach led to impressive enhancements in our clients’ overall operations - notably, successfully streamlining the number of standardised POS display structures from 94 to just 39, achieving a 10% reduction in costs. This optimised approach not only allowed the company to uphold its brand integrity but also facilitated growth and deeper consumer connections.
