The Challenge 

When ABB decided to rebrand to Accelleron, they needed a full-service partner who could manage the heavy lifting. Not only was the rebrand required across all merchandise, but on buildings, in offices and on vehicles across 120 sites in 87 countries. 

The Solution 

Our global project management team collaborated with key contacts within the client to scope the project down to last detail, including costs and timings. A project plan was defined for every element of the rebrand. Extensive forward planning was required as many of the sites required port closures and specific permissions and permits for external works to be undertaken, which were difficult to obtain in some regions.

Working with our global supply chain, a carefully coordinated implementation programme began, with different aspects of the project undertaken simultaneously.

The Result 

The end-to-end service was successfully managed through Paragon Global Brands as a sole partner on the project. The client received consistent results across all locations with brand guardianship and control across all elements. Materials and quality control were assured, and the whole project was delivered with minimal disruption to the client’s business.
