The Challenge 

Kellogg’s sought a strategic partner to design, produce, and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials globally, including temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent displays. They needed a cost-efficient, innovative solutions partner, with a focus on reducing plastic use and adopting eco-friendly materials. 

The Solution 

Paragon delivers end-to-end print and POS services, handling everything from artwork to retail-ready solutions. This includes on-shelf POS, 3D, and theatrical displays. A dedicated account director leads a team of eight, including TUPE-transferred staff, some based at Kellogg’s HQ. 

Central to the solution is PEP, Paragon’s bespoke technology platform. PEP integrates seamlessly with client systems, featuring an order window system that consolidates and streamlines around 120 global orders annually. Stakeholders can access a catalogue, place orders, and coordinate campaign activations via PEP. The platform aligns with Kellogg’s centralised procurement model, supporting both central and local EMEA campaigns. Paragon’s in-house facilities and global supplier network handle production, with the supply chain managed by a specialised POS procurement team. 

The Result 

Paragon’s solution is up to 36% more cost-effective than Kellogg’s previous solution, significantly improving process efficiency and enabling Kellogg’s to focus on strategic planning. The streamlined order process leverages Paragon’s global supplier network to ensure cost-effective procurement, brand consistency, and timely delivery for retail activations. A seamless transition, supported by Paragon’s TUPE expertise, has moved Kellogg’s beyond ‘business as usual’ into innovation with live order tracking and enhanced visibility.
